Thursday thru Sunday - Shuttle bus parking at Universal Orlando® Resort for ALL Arnold Palmer Invitational badge or ticket holders.
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday - Volunteers and spectators park in Lot 10. Enter Gate C.
Thursday thru Sunday - Volunteers park at a St. Lukes Methodist Church at the corner of Apopka-Vineland and Conroy- Windermere Roads. Special buses run from 5:30 a.m. to one hour after the conclusion of play Thursday thru Sunday. Volunteers should plan to arrive at the shuttle site a minimum of one hour before due on assignment.
If not parked in designated area, car will be towed.
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday - There is parking for disabled patrons at the end of Lot 7. This is an unofficial parking area and is not paved. Vehicle must have an approved disabled person sticker, license tag or mirror hang tag. Enter through Gate C.
Parking attendants will be on duty to assist any disabled requests.
Thursday thru Sunday. ALL disabled spectators will be required to park in a handicap- specific, hard surface, covered area at Universal Studios. This handicap area will be serviced by special disabled/handicap equipped buses. Drop-off at Bay Hill will be at the end of the Clubhouse area.
Traveling either direction on I4, take exit 74A and head West on Sand Lake Road (once on Sand Lake Road, stay in the far Right lane) to Turkey Lake Road. Turn Right on Turkey Lake Road. Travel approx. 1 mile. You'll come to a traffic light which is Wallace Road. The Will Call trailer is located just North of Wallace Road and on the East side of Turkey Lake Road (there will be signs).

The following information is provided to enhance your visit to the Arnold Palmer Invitational as well as to comply with the rules and regulations established by the PGA TOUR.
All items are subject to search. You will be asked to return all unauthorized items to your car before you are allowed to board shuttle.
Failure to follow the direction of security guards, gallery marshals or championship officials may result in ejection from the grounds or revocation of your tickets without refund. Please observe the rules and regulations noted above.
During competitive rounds (Thursday - Sunday), a player will not sign autographs during his round until it is completed. An autograph area will be designated, and players have the option to use this area. (No clipboards or items larger than 8" x 12" for autographs.)
Must have a Good Any One Day tournament ticket or weekly badge for grounds admission. Provides access to the golf course, public viewing areas and public concessions.
Must have a Clubhouse badge for clubhouse admission. Provides access to the clubhouse, golf course, public viewing areas and public concessions.
Must have Palmer Pavilion badge for admission. Provides access to the Palmer Pavilion (food and beverages available for purchase), golf course, public viewing areas and public concessions.

Public Spectator Viewing:
Bleachers are located at hole #1, #10, #8, #17, #18 and the driving range. First-come, first-served basis.
Handicapped area:
Handicapped viewing area on #18. Restrooms are available on the course.
Concession Stands:
Open to the public during all hours of play. Food and beverage are available for purchase.
Cell phones, radios, pagers, portable televisions, coolers, backpacks, picnic baskets and similar items are not permitted on the grounds any day of the tournament. Folding chairs and golf stools are permitted.
All backpacks and packages larger than 6"X6" will not be permitted. This ban includes camera carry cases and chair carry bags. It is suggested and deemed acceptable that if any items need to be carried in a bag, a clear plastic bag or mesh bag be used where items inside can be seen. ALL other bags will be subject to search. Cameras are still permitted Monday through Wednesday but NOT permitted Thursday through Sunday.
Autograph items cannot be any larger than 8" X 12". No clipboards will be permitted.
Spectators and volunteers will not be permitted to leave folding chairs anywhere on the course, including greenside, overnight.
THE GOLF COURSE WILL BE SEARCHED BY SECURITY BEFORE AND AFTER PLAY EACH DAY. ALL ITEMS FOUND ON THE COURSE WILL BE CONFISCATED.
No alcoholic beverages are permitted in or out of the gates.
