Parking & Entry Gates

Q: Where can we park?

Parking passes are available for purchase through the tournament website

- ON-SITE PARKING IS $25 PER DAY OR $75 PER WEEK
- OFF-SITE PARKING AT UNIVERSAL STUDIOS is $5 in advance and $10 at the gate Thursday, March 22nd – Sunday, March 25th

Q: Where are the entrances gates located?

There are two entry gates to the tournament. - Main Gate: Accessible via main entrance at Shuttle Drop Off on Bay Hill Boulevard - Lot #10 Entrance - use Gate B or C off of Apopka-Vineland and follow the signs to Lot #10

Q: When are the admission gates open?

Gates open at 7:00 a.m. daily Monday through Sunday.

Phones & Photography

Q: Are cell phones and pagers permitted?

All mobile phones, PDA’s, etc. will be allowed on site all week, but must be on silent and must be used in accordance with the posted Mobile Device Policy.

Q: Are cameras permitted?

Spectators are permitted to have cameras in their possession Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday ONLY. Large camera bags are not permitted. Cameras are not permitted Thursday through Sunday. Spectators will be informed by security personnel that they must return their cameras to their cars if they approach the entry gate with a camera in their possession Thursday through Sunday.

On-site Items

Q: Are purses, fanny packs, coolers, backpacks, chairs, etc. permitted?

Small purses (approximately six inches by six inches) and fanny packs are permitted, but are subject to search.

Coolers, backpacks, packages, bags and all other items larger than a fanny pack or purse are NOT permitted.

Spectators bringing chairs must remove the chairs from their bags. No chair bags will be permitted. Spectators are asked to leave any unnecessary items at home or in their cars.

Q: May I wear golf shoes to the championship?

If you plan to wear golf shoes to the championship, please note that the Bay Hill Club golf course has a No Metal Spikes Policy.

Q: Is alcohol sold at the tournament?

A valid photo ID must be presented to obtain alcohol at the event. Valid forms of identification include a current driver’s license, military ID or other suitable ID as determined by Tournament Officials. The current legal drinking age is twenty-one (21) years of age. Persons under the legal drinking age consuming alcoholic beverages will be asked to leave the tournament grounds.

Players & Pairings

Q: What time does play start?

Exact start times will be available early tournament week. Estimated start times are as follows:

Thursday/Friday 7:30 am
Saturday/Sunday 9:00 am

All start times are subject to change as determined by the PGA TOUR.

Q: Where can I get pairing sheets?

The Official Tournament Pairings Guides identifying the daily groupings and tee times as well as a course map will be distributed free of charge daily at pairings guide boxes throughout the course.

Ticket Options

Q: What types of tickets are available?

There are three types of weekly badges, Wine & Dine on 9 tickets and two daily admission tickets for the Arnold Palmer Invitational Presented by MasterCard:

  • ANY ONE DAY ticket is valid any one day, Thursday through Sunday. Spectators should make sure that they possess the proper ticket to gain admission.
  • YOUTH Tickets – are valid for kids age 13 – 17 on any-one-day Tuesday – Sunday. Children 12-and-under are admitted to the tournament FREE when accompanied by a ticketed adult.
  • WINE & DINE Tickets – are available for Friday, March 23rd . This ticket includes entry to the tournament for Friday as well as entry to the Wine & Dine event on the #9 Fairway and on-site parking for that day.

Q: Can I get a refund on my ticket purchase?

No. All ticket purchases are non-refundable.
