ORLANDO, FL. - Arnold Palmer Invitational Presented by MasterCard, one of very few "invite only" tournaments on the PGA TOUR, has made it even easier to help children in need of care at Arnold Palmer Medical Center. For every new fan who 'likes' the tournament Facebook page (facebook.com/arnoldpalmerinvitational) from now through March 25, 2012, MasterCard will generously donate $10, up to $200,000 to help children being cared for at Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children and Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women and Babies.

"The tournament is pleased to have another opportunity to help the kids that the hospitals serve," said Scott Welllington, Tournament Director. "Facebook is a terrific way to keep our fans informed and now it allows fans to make a difference in the lives of kids at Arnold Palmer Medical Center - the Hospital that Golf Built."

Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children and Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women & Babies, collectively known as Arnold Palmer Medical Center, received the PGA TOUR Charity of the Year Award in 2009. Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children has been ranked 30th for heart and heart surgery and 28th for orthopedics in U.S. News & World Report's 2010 edition of America's Best Children's Hospitals.

"As a long standing sponsor of the Arnold Palmer Invitational Presented by MasterCard, we are honored to be able to help drive awareness and support for these tremendous hospitals that are bringing much-needed medical care to thousands of children," said Chris McWilton, President, U.S. Markets, MasterCard Worldwide.
